HOW DO I CONTACT FURNITURE EXPERTS MOVERS ?

We recommend sending an email or submitting the online request form on the home page or go thru our “ GET A QUOTE” page. Those channel gives you priority quoting and scheduling 24/7. Our phone lines are currently mostly used for customers follow up call back and crews support on the field

Do you provide Same Day MOVING Service ?

Yes, We do provide same day moving service; but we have a cut off time for residential same day moving request.

What type of Guarantee does Furniture Experts MOVERS provide?

We provide 30 days guarantee on all relocation workmanship. Our guarantee covers pool tables, fitness equipment, furniture, shuffleboard, indoor sauna and other major items we relocate on a daily basis. Outdoor equipment not included as those usually need replacement parts. However we work with all our customers to make sure moving projects are completed efficiently

We are the Top specialty items movers in the area. We primarily move high value furniture and other items because of our expertise. That means we have highly qualified technicians to handle specific disassembly and reassembly tasks with the moving crews when needed

FYI: Our movers are trained to not make errors. We have a ZERO DAMAGE policy during moving and relocation services.  Our Technicians only use high quality tools to disassemble and reassemble your furniture, pool table, fitness equipment, outdoor equipment.

Do you haul trash away ?

No, We do not haul away trash by default. This apply to our white glove delivery service. However, We will make sure that all empty boxes are well organized and regrouped in a specific area after the installation is completed. The customers is responsible for the disposal of empty boxes after the delivery. We may haul way empty boxes for an additional fee per the White glove delivery agreement

For Commercial Clients ; this rule does not apply as it will be based on the project scope to be completed or agreement

Do you have Cancellation Fee ?

Yes, We do have a cancellation fee. If you make an appointment and cancel the appointment within 12 hrs of the appointment scheduled time; you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We will charge you this fee immediatly and withdraw it from the payment you made to confirm the appointment. Every Customer is allowed to reschedule the appointment up to 3 times.

How do I pay for your services ?

It is mandatory for all customers to pay their invoice to confirm their appointment to prevent any last minutes cancellations. We work hard to stay profitable and avoid last minutes cancellations that may cause us loss of revenues. We also do this to maintain a stable schedule free of last minute cancellations that affect our workers potential income.

 We accept all type Credit Cards including American express and discover. Payment are made online thru our secure invoice portal that automatically confirms your appointment.

What geographical areas do you cover?

We currently cover Washington DC, The state of Maryland and Northern Virginia.

What if the MOVING crew don`t show ?

We always show. We can repeat that, we always show. We give a 1 hour window of arrival due to traffic on all appointments. To maintain our clients trust and our reputation; We always have a back up crew or a back up plan for every equation on our schedule. Even if traffic is bad, we will show up. Meaning it is our commitment that every customer who successfully confirmed their appointment get serviced no matter what; on the day of their choice. The only time our crew will not show is when a snow storm is passing thru the area or there is a heavy rain related to an outdoor project like trampoline relocation, swing set or other outdoor items.

We notify our customers by email or phone or any delays well ahead of their scheduled appointment time
